3.01
- "The Aftermath" - Sept. 8, 2005 - Photos |

Summer is coming to an end and school is starting
in a few days. Trey has been in a coma since Marissa shot him. The
D.A. has waited as long as possible for Trey to wake up but people
are starting to demand answers and justice, which is why D.A. Chris
Caldwell was asked to dig around and take more depositions from
Ryan, Seth and Marissa amongst others. Will either Marissa or Ryan
pay the price? Or will both be prosecuted? Kirsten is still at the
rehab center. Julie is mad because Caleb’s accountant says
it will take months before the will can be read. Summer, Sandy and
Jimmy also appear.

- "The Shape of Things To Come" - Sept. 15, 2005

Jimmy meets a man named Don at the Yatch Club's
bar to talk about Jimmy's money problems. Julie and Sandy have a
meeting with the Dean and Dr. Kim. Ryan and Marissa have a meeting
with the Dean also to talk about their future (or lack of) at Harbor.
Sandy goes to the house of Charlotte, who was one of the ladies
in rehab with Kirsten. When Sandy arrives, Kirsten tells him she
has decided to live there for a while to sort some things out. Summer
and Marissa are in the student lounge at school where a fellow student,
Taylor, talks about her project for the school's carnival…
thing is it'’s Marissa's meeting not Taylor's. Taylor has
been fighting over Social Chair with Marissa since they were freshmen.

- "The End of Innocence" - September 22

| Jimmy must make once more
the difficult decision to leave or stay with his family. Marissa and
Ryan are finally happy with each other but are forced to stay apart
by their parents. Meanwhile, Dean Hess pressures Seth and Summer into
showing Harbor school spirit, which leads them to come up with a covert
plan to bring Marissa and Ryan together. When Summer and Seth's plan
works, Marissa and Ryan have a night to remember and Seth and Summer
get busted by Taylor. Meanwhile, Caleb's will is read, leaving Julie
stunned and Jimmy washed up. |

- "The Last Waltz" - September 29 -

Marissa leaves the Harbor School to transfer
to the public Newport Union school hoping to make a fresh start
and get away from all the craziness surrounding Trey's shooting.
Unfortunately for Marissa, word travels fast in the O.C. While at
Newport Union public school Marissa makes a few new friends, a skater
named Johnny, his girlfriend Casey and their boy Chili who's definitely
into Marissa. Kirsten is at the Cohens house and receives flowers
from Charlotte. Kirsten goes back to work at the Newport Group.
Ryan may be getting a tutor (maybe to be taught at home). Julies
money problems are catching up with her.

- "The Perfect Storm" - November 3, 2005

| Julie lives in some low
rent motel. Marissa is still at Summer's. Julie will look for a new
place to stay. Sandy and Kirsten accompany Ryan at Harbor High as
he goes from booth to booth to hear Universities and Colleges sweet
talk him in studying at their institution. Dean Hess wants Ryan to
leave as he is not to set foot at Harbor. Ryan gets a job on a boat
that may have him leave town for a few weeks. Marissa still attends
Newport Union. |

- "The Swells" - November 10, 2005 -

| Seth helps Taylor put posters
up in school. He also helps her out when an event she has organized
doesn't go has planned. Summer and Marissa are at the beach where
some surfers are enjoying the swells. At the Newport Group, Sandy
meets with businessman Kurt Williams and his protégé
Mark Fish in order to hand over the company to them. Sandy will give
them the Newport Group if they don't destroy low-income properties
by the beach. Later, there is a Lock-In at Taylor's house. Seth and
Ryan are there. Charlotte and Julie have dinner at the yatch club
to talk over a charity event. Julie learns more about who Charlotte
is... It seems the two of them are living together. Kirsten, Ryan,
Casey, Johnny, Chili, as well as Taylor's mom, Nancy Townsend, appear
in the episode. The band "The Subways" may play at The Bait
Shop. |

- "The Anger Management" - November 17, 2005 |
| When the gang heads to The
Bait Shop to see The Subways, Taylor's horsing around causes a major
rift between Seth and Summer. Marissa, determined to end the potentially
explosive rift between Ryan and Volchok, does whatever it takes to
watch out for Ryan. Meanwhile, Matt, Sandy's Newport Group partner,
goes above and beyond the call of duty; Julie Cooper reigns supreme
as the only "bitch" in Orange County; and Ryan needs to
use his head for once. |

- "The Game Plan" - December 1, 2005 |
| Marissa still goes to Newport
Union. At Harbor High, Seth meets with Mrs. Rushfield who wants to
know where he sees himself in the future, about his grades, etc. Marissa
is not sure she wants to do higher studies. Summer is looking into
going to Brown, which is a great college. Taylor makes a nasty comment
about Summer not being Brown material. Julie must pay her rent but
doesn't have the money... will she find it or move again? Julie struggles
with telling Kirsten the truth about Charlotte. At the Yatch Club,
Sandy meets with an old friend named Paul. He is a recruiter for a
university and Sandy enrolls him to try to convince Seth to go to
college. It seems from the previews that Johnny gets hit by a car.. |

3.09
- "The The Disconnect " - December 8, 2005 |
| Marissa drops by Johnny's
house before school to help him prepare for a day of doing nothing
since he needs to get better from his accident. She offers to come
back after school but Johnny tries to get rid of her since he feels
uncomfortable around her. Johnny's mother, Gwen, a earthy-spiritted
woman in her 30s. She was able to get an appointment for her son to
meet a famous doctor but the appointment is in months, which could
mean that Johnny will not be part of the tour. Marissa has an idea
to have Johnny meet the doctor earlier. Julie and Kirsten want to
start a business together (maybe catering). The two of them get a
contract to do a dinner at someone's house. Summer, Seth and a few
students meet a representative from Brown and learn that usually Brown
takes only one student from Harbor. At the Newport Group, Sandy and
a man named Matt meet with potential investors while Ryan is in the
room. |

3.10
- "The Chrismukkah Bar Mitz-vahkkah" - December
15, 2005 |
| It's Chrismukkah at the
Cohens, and Seth suggests a bar mitzvah for Ryan to finance Johnny's
knee surgery. Also After the gang spends hours picking out the perfect
Christmas trees, they devise a special plan to help a friend in need
which is Johnny, but Ryan ops out after seeing Johnny and Marissa
in an awkward moment. Meanwhile, the holidays bring out a somber Summer
who misses her mom, and Johnny's sudden misfortune forces him to take
matters into his own hands. Kirsten, meanwhile, puts the past behind
her and reaches out to Julie Cooper. And when a reminiscing Seth vows
to put a little "mukkah" into Ryan's "chris,"
Ryan gets Bar-Mitz-vahkkahed on the third annual O.C. "Chrismukkah"

3.11
- "The Safe Harbor" - January 12, 2006 |
| It seems there is a hearing
at Harbor High about Marissa returning to school. Taylor's mother,
is there to speak on behalf of the parents' association on why Marissa
shouldn't be allowed to come back to Harbor. Taylor seems to be torn
on the subject. Julie speaks about her daughter's maturity and dignity.
Dr. Roberts is in attendance and supports Julie's comments. Kirsten,
Seth and Ryan are worried of Sandy's whereabouts as it seems he was
supposed to be there and help Marissa out. Ryan speaks out and pleads
Marissa's case with evidence from past decisions the school made.

- "The Sister Act" - January 19, 2006 - Photos |
| Kaitlin finally makes her
way back to Newport from boarding school only to realize some things
have changed. She looks and acts so different that Ryan doesn't recognize
her when she drops by the Cohens after being told her mother's mail
was forwarded there. It seems that her mother forgot to tell her that
they had moved. Later, Marissa gets angry at her sister for her bad
behavior; Kaitlin is angry at Marissa for not calling her every time
something major happened to the Coopers. Ryan tries to have both sisters
reconnect. |

- "The Pot Stirrer" - January 26, 2006 - Photos |
| Summer takes part in some
sort of boot camp and tries to apply what she learns at the camp to
her real life. Sandy and Matt meet with three people, including Bill
Merriam, head of the hospital board. The Newport Group is in the running
to take care of a project that involves the hospital. Summer's father
offers his house to host Kaitlin's birthday party. Marissa and Kailtin
seem to be at odds. At the party, Kaitlin shows that she is not daddy's
little girl... Seth has an interview with a represenative from Brown
University which is on the east coast. |

- "The Cliffhanger" - February 2, 2006 |
| Matt and Sandy are still
working on the hospital project. They meet with Henry Kessler, the
head of the Board of Physicians. That hospital is set to serve everyone
living in Newport and not only the rich and famous. As expected, money
issues will make things harder for the Newport Group to make this
project happen. Julie spies on Dr. Roberts, who's having lunch with
a woman named Paige. Julie is soon discovered when Taryn comes to
talk to her and then introduces her to Paige. |

- "The Heavy Lifting" - February 9, 2006 - Photos |
| Tragic news forces the gang
to sort out their problems and face the reality of the situation.
After Sadie arrives in Newport, Ryan helps her move and get rid of
Volchok, causing Ryan to question his and Marissa's relationship.
Meanwhile, Kaitlin's winter break is over - just as she gets close
to her family, she once again has to say goodbye. Will she ever return
to the O.C.? And in the wake of Newport's latest events, Kirsten and
Julie press on with their Valentine's Day party. Guest Cast: Willa
Holland as Kaitlin Cooper; Michael Nouri as Dr. Roberts, Jeff Hephner

- "The Road Warrior" - March 9, 2006 - Photos |
| Summer asks Julie and Kirsten,
via their matchmaking company, to find a woman for his father. The
girl has a few requirements for the woman fit for her father as he
doesn't want him to have to go through seperation again. After Summer
leaves, Julie is not so sure she is the woman for Dr. Roberts anymore.
As she talks it over with Kirsten, it's clear to them that Summer
needs to be talked to as no woman will ever meet her expectations.
Ryan helps Sadie find her uncle Jack, a man who seems to often have
troubles with the law, because he owes money to someone and Sadie
wants to collect. Marissa is yet again involved in another police
investigation that may also involve two other characters. Sandy is

- "The Journey" - March 16, 2006 - Photos |
| Summer and Julie talk about
the latter's relationship with Dr. Roberts. Julie and Dr. Roberts
have a date in a public place. Sandy goes to jail to visit Dawn Atwood.
Volchok insists a little too much to have a talk with Marissa. Matt
comes to her rescue. Later, she goes to the beach to talk to him.
This episode will feature flashbacks from the episode "The Model
Home." It is Ryan's 18th birthday and a party is organized at

| When an old nemesis returns
to Newport, Ryan gets caught up in helping her, causing a rift between
him and Sadie. Seth and Summer are faced with a new problem that Taylor
tries to solve. Meanwhile, Marissa finds herself all alone in Newport
with no one to turn to and Sandy grapples with business pressure. |

- "The Secrets and Lies" - March 30, 2006 - Photos |
| Julie and Dr. Roberts announce
their engagement and the Cooper ladies move in with Summer and her
dad. Meanwhile, Marissa drifts away from the group and Summer when
she seeks solace in the bad company of Volchok and his crew. Ryan
tries to move on with Sadie, but Seth's concerns for Marissa get in
the way. At the Newport Group, Sandy's woes with Matt continue and
Kirsten surprises Seth with a night out to a AA meeting. Matt also
takes a closer peek at the Newport Group's files behind Sandy's back. |

- "The Day After Tomorrow" - April 6, 2006 -

| The kids receive their college
acceptance and rejection letters, forcing them to make some life-altering
decisions. Ryan and Sadie try to decide what do after high school
and their decision concerns Sandy and Kirsten. Taylor throws a College
Sweatshirt Party at Harbor and Marissa and Summer patch up their friendship.
Meanwhile, the drama surrounding Sandy's job intensifies and seeps

| Sandy meets with the Urban
Planning Committee in a restaurant. To Sandy's displeasure, Matt shows
up and tells him that he expects to be compensated by Dr. Griffin
for the loss of pay, pain and suffering, after the man got him fired
from the Newport Group. Sandy tells Dr. Griffin about Matt. At school,
Summer tries to catch Seth's attention, but he pretends he doesn't
see her. Marissa skips school. Julie warns Volchock that Marissa will
soon realize he's a jerk and that she'll leave him. She wants him
to tell her daughter that she'll always be there for her and that
she wants her to come back home. Ryan is concerned when he sees his
mother's new boyfriend. At a bar, Chloe and Ryan talk about Dawn and
get to know one another. Kirsten meets with Dr. Woodruff to get his

- "The College Try" - April 20, 2006 |
| Dr. Roberts wants Julie
to throw a party for the doctors at his hospital. Marissa meets with
Volchok to get her things back. It's time to visit colleges! Ryan
visits Berkeley, where he is paired with Wes Seifer, a student. Marissa
is visiting the same college. While Ryan is visiting the Architecture
Department, Marissa spends time with Wes. While at Brown, Summer and
Seth clash when she sees Anna. One of those three hasn't been admitted
to Brown but will try to get admitted during the gathering of new
students at the college. Will that person suceed? Later, Kirsten and
Ryan talk about Theresa's baby and the fact that she now lives in
Newport. Kirsten did a little digging and found Theresa's phone. Will

- "The Party Favor" - April 27, 2006 |
| Harbor School's Senior Prom
brings out the best and the worst in everyone. Taylor hits a high
at prom, while Summer falls flat with her surprising prom date. Seth
and Anna come up with a prom plan to win Summer back. Meanwhile, Marissa
convinces Volchok to go to the prom and Ryan brings an unexpected
old flame. When one of the girls is elected prom queen, it truly becomes
a night to remember. Later, when Taylor's prom funds are missing,
Ryan returns to his old ways and prom night turns brutal. |

- "The Man of the Year" - May 4, 2006 |
| This episode picks up where
the previous one left off. Ryan brings a beaten up Volchok to the
hospital. Marissa takes a trip to visit Kaitlin at her boarding school.
There she meets Trevor Knightley, the great-great-great grandson of
the school's founder. This 17-year-old, who is also captain of the
Lacross team, hides his nasty behavior from the school staff, behavior
that got Kaitlin in trouble again and may lead to her being expelled.
Wanting to help her sister, Marissa plots a revenge. Meanwhile Sandy
is dealing with some problems that may effect his family even more. |

Graduates" - May 18, 2006 |
| It's graduation time and
everybody is headed in different directions. Someone is supposed to

| The OC will be back for Season
4. According to Josh Schwartz he is planning a major reinvention of
the show next season. Season 4 will include Kaitlin moving back to
town and the show somewhat centering around her along with Taylor
becoming a season regular. I will post more news as I get it. |
