thirteen
star and co-writer Nikki Reed will join Seth, Luke, Marissa and
the others dwelling in The O.C.
Nikki Reed, the young co-writer
and star of the jarring indie film thirteen, is moving into TV.
The Hollywood Reporter indicates she'll be guest-starring on Fox
TV's The O.C. doing a four-episode arc.
Reed's character will briefly join the
beach kids at the center of the show.
Not that Reed hasn't
been busy on the big screen. Since co-writing thirteen, based
on her own experiences as a rebellious Southern California teenager
who finds herself too close to the edge, she's appeared in The
Lords of Dogtown and American Gun. Her next film, Cherry Crush,
is in the release pipeline.
